Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via our online portal or email with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Ship to EMARQUE

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our central processing hub; we recommend insuring high-value PC components against transit damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition and serial number verification before processing your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
